Problem receiving emails in outlook

Hello, I have problems with the Outlook, apparently when configuring there is no problem, in fact it completes without errors the configuration.

The problem is that in the outlook my clients do not receive emails, they can send but not receive.

From the webmail there are no problems, it is sent and received.

Please, a hand

Try sending and receiving mails from outlook and while you doing that check the exim logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog which will give you an idea of whats happening.

@HostSane excellent suggestion! Thank you for that.

@xtianfab not only would I suggest doing the above but you might also ensure that the standard IMAP and POP3 ports are open on the server. Either way the logs will be telling as to what's actually happening when you attempt to connect with the mail client.
