Problem receiving emails

I need your help, when I send email it's good no probleme but if I send email from gmail to the website email, I didn't recieve any thing
please I need your help shortly

Hello,

Do you notice any bounce messages in Gmail, or any output to /var/log/exim_mainlog for the message? EX:

exigrep [email protected] /var/log/exim_mainlog

Also, does the domain name use the correct MX records at it's DNS hosting provider?
