    I have a client who was having login problems with their cPanel account. We reset their password, and they were still having problems. I figured they were just typing things wrong, but when I checked, sure enough you can't login. I reset the password again, and still you're unable to login.

    Anyone have any ideas where to start looking for possible solutions?

    i have couple times this problem and sometimes i can`t login with valid parametres, i contact cPanel support and got the answer something like "if is server overload, cpanel him self stop login for users" and for one user i didnt make succes to login till i didn`t terminate his account and back again (reload backup)

    Best regards.

    Look in the /var/cpanel/users/user_name file for a line such as:

    SUSPEND=1

    If that line exists, remove it.
