    Dears,

I need your help. I have a dedicated linux server with Hostgator.

Last week this server was getting problem with all emails sent to Hotmail (live, outlook) service. My Old IP was blocked (I dont know why).

Friday (25th September 2015), I bought a new dedicated server and migrated all data from the old server to the new one. I think that the old problem was solved. But not. It comes with another big problem.

I just updated my nameservers, all are propagated, but I cant send e-mail and I cant receive e-mail.

When I try to send, I got this error:

    i484.photobucket.com/albums/rr210/psantos10/Captura%20de%20ecra%202015-10-01%20as%2009.13.16_zpstwcngkjo.png

And when I try to send e-mail to psantos @ domain.co.ao I got this error:

    Code:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.

    psantos @ domain.co.ao Invalid Address, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Unrouteable address

    Hi,

Are you able to ping from the server?
Also what is your /etc/resolve.conf configuration?
Paste sample exim log for the email you send
    Code:
    grep abc@abc.com /var/log/exim_mainlog

    Hi

I was able to figure out what is the problem. The problem was with user folder permissions.

    Thanks

That's the problem. Make sure that the mailbox exists or there might be a typo. Are you having problems sending emails to all domain or just this one?

ALso make sure that MX records are set on domain.co.ao. [IMG]
