Hello, I'm using outlook, but when I set up the email, it says the server did not accept it. And the setup is all ok in the setup.
After setup, we received the emails, but did not send, thus getting stuck in the outbox.

Did you check the configuration guide in cPanel, under "Email Accounts"? To the right of each email account, there is a "Set Up Email Client" link. It lists the configuration settings for Outlook.

    Hello,

Could you verify the specific settings you are using for outgoing email (ensuring to replace real domain names with examples)? Also, could you verify if there's a specific error message when sending an email fails? Typically it's related to firewall or ISP-level restrictions on the computer of the person attempting to send the email (ISPs often block port 25).

    Thank you.
