problem uploading files over cPanel

the problem is:

After Installing DocMan component in joomla 1.5.14 , I cannot upload files using CPanel ..
It's a permission issue..

how can I solve the problem please ?


and note that happened only in DocMan files and I cannot change the folders and subfolders permission..
I have this message:

FileOp Failure on:
..\administrator\components\com_docman\language
operation not permitted..

You'll need to speak with your host and have him reset owner of files in this directory to your account user.
