problem validating e-mail on mailchimp

    Hello everybody
    I need to register an e-mail on mailcamp but it's not working. For some reason I'm not beeing able to receive the e-mail with the validation code. How can I do to allow this e-mail to be recived? Can you help me to solve the problem?

    Are you able to use the "Track Delivery" function in cPanel to find out if the email has reached the server your website is hosted on?

    If you manage it, please post the output like so: (Obfuscate sensitive data!)

    Although my knowledge of foreign languages is terrible, I can safely assume from that output that the email you are looking for was rejected due to it being marked as spam. If you have SpamAssassin switched on in cPanel, consider whitelisting that email address and trying again.

    Hello :)

    Do you have root access to this server? If not, you may want to report this issue to your web hosting provider to verify why it was blocked. You may also want to temporarily disable SpamAssasin or whitelist the specific "FROM" address to see if the issue persists.
