problem when sending multi email in CC

i have a problem when i try multiple e-mail with CC,
if i add more than 1 email only 1 email delivery.

is there any way to solve this problem?

What method are you using to send the email? Is it a specific webmail application, or are using an email client?

Also you will have to check the exim mail logs while sending the mail from your account.
