problem with accounts

    hi, when i try to create a new account i get this error message

    Changing password for xxxxx
    Password for xxxxx has been changed
    Keeping Shell Access (y)
    Copying skel files from /root/cpanel3-skel/ to /home/xxxx/
    Using Quota v3 Support


    Could not create /home/xxxx/mail/inbox: Permission denied

    Added Entries to httpd.conf
    Bind reconfiguring on fast2 using rndc
    Added Named File
    /home/xxxx/public_html does not exist or is not a directory!

    i dont move nothing in my server configuration one day start to do this, so i cant create new accounts any sugestion?

    it is a VDS

    i forgot say that is a VDS

    Try either a reboot or concider upgrading Cpanel to the next version. That is what we did and it fixed it after a upgrade!

    SSH to the server and make sure /home has the right permission. Do the same with other directories including root directory: /
    Do you have enough space on your partitions, especially /home?
