Problem with annonymous FTP uploads

Hi, this is probably a stupid questions, but I cannot find the folder where annoynmouse FTP uploads are stored. Some people uploaded stuff before I turned off annoynmouse access, and now I cant figure out how to delete it. I have searched every folder. Your help is appreciated.

/var/ftp/mail & pub
/home/user/public_ftp/incoming

I have no folder called "var", and its not in the other place you suggested. any other ides? it has to be somewhere.

Do you have root access on your server?. if not you can't see the /var/ folder. It is under the main root (/). If you have only a cpanel account, the anonymous upload files are under the folder /home/user/public_ftp/incoming

I only have a cpanel account, but there is nothing in the incoming folder. Should I contact my webhost about this?

Why do you believe the files are still there if you cannot find them anywhere?

Because when I log on to my FTP site the files are still there.
