i dont know what to do :(
Recently has buyed a server, started to give out hosts-packages to my sites, put restriction on traffic, all has together turned out about 500gb.
today having looked mrtg has seen that traffic about 800gb!
    But I put restrictions!
Having checked up what site does the big traffic has understood, that it is my base of programs on ftp.
Means, traffic through ftp is not considered? What to do? How it is possible to follow all traffic, http+ftp?
For what are necessary with cpanel limits on traffic if they are not observed?

    sorry for bad english :(

Are you using pure-ftp? pure-ftp traffic is not counted. If you need to count it then switch to pro-ftp.

    Hi,

Cpanel observers all traffics through http, ftp and pop. If you have problem with this, run the cpanel scripts to fix it. Also secure your server from bandwidth thefting.

    Regards,

    Bright:)

I am using FreeBSD 4.9 STABLE and FTP traffic is not counted. I opened a ticket to cPanel's support but since now there is no effect. It is about a month of trying to fix this. Any suggestions ?
