Problem with catch all account

hi all techhies,

in my vps, there is a one domain inductothermindia.com having main account induct

i created one pop account [email protected] & make it catchall account.

error when somebody sending mail to email account(not created pop, but to receive in catchall account for local mail server)

Oct 24 11:17:03 BIZ-Fedora2-NOCP postfix/smtp[29301]: F0FE98CB50B: to=< [email protected]>, relay=inductothermindia.com[206.212.240.172], delay=21, status=bounced (host inductothermindia.com[ 206.212.240.172] said: 550-Verification failed for <[email protected]> 550-Previous (cached) callout verification failure 550 Sender verify failed (in reply to RCPT TO command))

can anybody guide to me how to reolve this problem with access of whm panel

Sender verification means that unless the sender of the email can be verified as being an actual email address, your server will reject the message.

You can disable this by going to WHM -> Service Configuration -> Exim Configuration Editor -> Mail and un-checking the setting Verify the existence of email senders.

Note, you should be prepared to process more spam if you disable this setting.
