Problem with create account

Urgent

One reseller complained that he could not create account.It's a new domain and not over domain limited
Following is detail.

the new domain does not shows up in WHM? Check the /home and have a look if there's a user directory created. Might want to run a /scripts/upcp if problems persist before getting another try.

After i upcp and matters remain just as they were.
Now i use root to create account .It ran into the same problem.
Anyone can help me.....

i Have the Same Problem

useradd: unknown group arch
