problem with curl: (77) Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

Since few days I have strange problem on my all cpanel servers.

If I run through console "curl https://google.com" eveything works fine. If I add to cron jobs new command to run every 5 minutes "curl https://www.google.pl" I receive an error Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?). I have nothing changed in my ssl certificates since one month or more. Ho can I fix it?

Could you let us know the full error message you receive? Also, is the cron job configured under "root", or is it a user cron job?
