Hello,
I'm with the hosting company o2switch and we are using version 106.0.11 of cPanel.
My problem is the following:
Following an update of my delegations to manage the mailing lists. I can't give access to it through the Webmail. Here are the actions I take:
First, I select the email addresses that will have the delegations for the mailing list: (See Support-01.png)

Then I connect to the Webmail of the delegation address and I select "Mailling List". Unfortunately, no list appears. (See Support-02.png and support-03.png)

But I used to have this: (See support-04.png)

I have done a lot of research and I can't understand.
Could it be the cPanel update? Is there a solution for this?

I'm sorry for my English, it can be improved. I would like to know if you can answer in French if it is easier to describe the actions to be taken.

Best regard.

Hi,
Thank you in advance for your help.
Yes, the accounts used for delegation are from our domain. They are created from cPanel in "Email"/"List Email Accounts".

As explained in my previous post, this delegation was working (See Support-03.png and support-04.png). But today, it is impossible to put it back.

I'm not able to reproduce this on a test server with a mailing list, so I can't say for sure what may be happening.

If you have root access to the server, could you open a support ticket with our team so we can take a look directly on your machine?
