    Hi.

    I have one domain (domain.com) where the user have put a TXT like this trough cPanel:

    Code:
    v=spf1 a mx ptr include:anotherdomain.net ~all
    I can see it on WHM. But, the user have put this entry 6 days ago, and since, ANY serveuce on the net, like this tool: SPF Query Tool

    can't see this entry.

    I have one webserver with two nameservers (ns1 and ns2) with cPanel DNS only, domain.com points to these nameservers. I think there is a problem on

    Code:
    webserver.net
            ↳ ns1.net
            ↳ ns2.net
    I've tried to manually Synchronize DNS Records trough WHM, but no way. :(

    How can i check that DNS entries are synching to my DNSOnly servers ?

    Howdy,

    I would really recommend you open a ticket on this. DNS Clustering can need some hand holding to setup. On top of that there are three types of DNS servers that could be in play. All see TXT records differently.

    Thanks!

    These entries should be in " " around them for SPF TXT records. Can you provide the entry from the DNS zone itself in /var/named/domain.com.db file to see if the quotes are properly around it?

    If they are not, the entry needs to be revised to have the quotes.

    Here's an example from my machine:

    Code:
    "v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:208.74.124.109 ?all"
    This is the last portion of the TXT record. It has the correct " " around it.

    I thinks that when you add a TXT valuen trough cPanel, it automaticaly adds the "".
    Problem was solved, user has entered his TXT to a subdomain.domain.com. and not domain.com.
