Problem with email account

    Hi All,

    I am new here and on the back side of cPanel and i need some help if is possible.

    I have a VPS cloud account where i have installed cPanel. I have made the setup on WHM, add a new account for own domain name and everything till now is ok.

    The problem now is coming with the e-mail settings, from webmail i can send and receive with no problem, but from windows live mail is working just to send emails, when i send from another email to the email address hosted on this new account i receive this error:

    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
    
    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
    
    name@domain.com
      host redirect.ovh.net [xxx.xxx.xx.x]
      SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<name@domain.com>:
      550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1)
    
    Any advice, from where can be the problem?

    Hello :)

    Have you created an actual email account within cPanel or are you accessing email with the username associated with the cPanel account itself?

    Yes, i was made a new account within cPanel. Problem was solved, the problem start from the VPS DNS configuration.
