    Our e-mail address is functioning.
We have tested it by sending an e-mail and it was received in its Inbox.

But an e-mail sent by our supplier on 17 Apr just didn't reach us.
Even though they resent it today, we still didn't receive it.
We have asked the supplier to retype the address and it still doesn't work.
This supplier has been sending e-mails all these while to us but just don't know why, out of a sudden, we can't receive their e-mails today.

    Please help. Thank you!

    Hello,

Make sure your supplier's mail server IP is not blacklisted. Might be IP is blacklisted and due to that you are not receiving mails from supplier.

    Hi SysSachin,

    Thank you for your message.
    We didn't blacklist the supplier.
Is spam bar set to +++++ is too high and that might be the problem?

    Hello,

Do you have root access to this system? If so, search for their email address in /var/log/exim_mainlog to see what happened. EX:

    Code:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    This thread will also help:

Reading and Understanding the exim main_log

    Thank you.
