    Hi all!

I'm having some troubles when my accounts try to connect using ftp, i'm usisn the information that comes with each account (server, user, login, port) also i try the automatic file that generate for Cyberduck.

In bout cases I keep reciving the follow message:

    DNS Error: Connection failed
    ftp://ftp.repechaje.info

    ftp.repechaje.info: ftp.repechaje.info

    Hope some could help.

Take a look at your dns settings:

    Domain............................IP
    repechaje.info............................201.122.70.220
    ftp.repechaje............................208.69.32.132

As you can see, the ftp.domain is not pointing to the same server as just the domain name. I would suggest you use the ip, or, just the main domain name in your ftp client for connecting, as the ftp. is pointing to another server.
