Is this site on a dedicated IP? Try logging in with just the username 'cikul'.

I speak in respect of proFTPD, but you could check /etc/proftpd/username - I'm not sure if this is used by PureFTPD or not, or if there's a copy of it for Pure.

Thank's for your information, i have checked directory /etc/proftpd, and i see that pureftpd use setting from that directory, i try to create user from my account, and that account listed at /etc/proftpd/username

But in the problem account, i try to create ftp account, and the new ftp account not listed at /etc/proftpd/problemuser

I check the file permission, the permission was same with other file, so why the new ftp account not listed at /etc/proftpd/problemuser

    Thank's for help.

Nah I'm seeing this as well on latest RELEASE.

Used /scripts/getpasswd and checked /etc/proftpd/mvpcapp, same one-way hash but still can't get in.
    Driving me nuts.

    Sounds like a simular issue
    http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?p=165250#post165250

However in this case I would simply reset that users file

    cd /etc/proftpd
rm -rf username (Replace =username with accounts username)
nano username type any letter cntl x then y to save
nano username remove the letter you just typed cntrl x y to save
got to whm and use the option to sync ftp passwords in the left menu towards the bottom
check the cpanel account in question and test adding a user.
