    Hello Guys,

i don't know if it is appropriate to post this kind of intimate stuff , but i desperately need help , as we have run out out options...

one of our costumers has this modx evolution 1.2 with one feature that works on one of our cPanel servers , but doesn't work on the other cPanel server we already have spent 3 days trying to figure out what is wrong comparing the php settings ob both servers , upgrading the easyapache from 3 to 4 and non of this seems to help.
there are no errors in the log the feature just don't work .

what are the options ? is there a way how to determine difference between server php settings ?
how do you manage this sort of errors?

    thx in advance

    Hello,

Do both cPanel servers using the same PHP handler (e.g. suPHP, DSO)?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You can use the following command to verify the PHP handler on each server:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_phpconf --current
If they are the same, you may want to reach out to the developer of the script to report the issue and see if there are any steps you can take to diagnose the problem.

    Thank you.
