Problem with Google sitemap and Rich Results Test

I have a server where I host 3 sites, but Google is unable to read the sitemap for a few months and when I try to do a test at Rich Results Test - Google Search Console it also has an error .

Does anyone know how do I solve this? I didn't make any changes to the server. He stopped reading the sitemaps out of the blue.

The sitemap works normally on other platforms, only Google is unable to read.

Hey there! This might be a better question for Google directly, as I'm not finding a lot of details about why they would not be able to connect. I would recommend trying to check the domlogs of the site in question around the time you are performing that test to see if there is any request in general that is making it to your system.
