    Hello,

I need an urgent help, our company had signed up the 15 day trial license, and we received the reply with the password. We had already a fresh new fedora server, with the parttions created as mentioned in the cpanel Docs, we then downloaded the latest file from http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest link,

I then started the the installation in the /home directory
    >sh latest

It has been 24 hours the installation is still not complete, it still seems to be going on. there are the ".................................." which are being displayed on the screen.

Am I doing something wrong. Please reply as soon as possible.

    Thank you
    Shaun

A common cause for this would be having server software such as Apache previously installed on the server, and when cPanel/WHM tries to install this for you - it just hangs.
