Problem with IP being added to WHM

Hello there,

I am trying to add a new IP address filling the necessary details, IP and netmask, however the IP is not loading... I need to reconfigure the firewall in order to accept connections to new IP too, who could help me? :P

Also, I need to change/replace a global value in the DNSs, an IP, how can I do that?.

Are those, right? :P...
