Problem with mail receiving

Good day,
I have more than 2 domains for my company that am managing, one of my boss who love his mail with Microsoft exchange wanted to host his mail with Microsoft exchange server, I observe after he did that they edit the dns records which to the domain not receiving mail in the webmail and other mail clients again.

I don't want to reset the record back to it initial state depriving him his intention to host his mail with Microsoft but ensure that the other mails with cpanel work seamlessly.

Pls I need help to achieve this. Below is the screenshot of DNS record.

Hello,

In order to receive certain emails to Exchange and certain ones to the server you'd need to configure split delivery. Exchange has documentation on this here Mail routing in Exchange Server
