I have a user where we can see that his Spam Assassin spam box is accumulating mail at /home/mail/spam, however we can't seem to get at the mail via SquirrelMail like we can for other mailboxes that are created. How do we get SquirrelMail to be able to see the spambox at /home/mail/spam?

Sorry if I'm not describing this very well... I guess I don't have a lot of users using the spambox and I don't use it myself.

when logged into SquirrelMail default account click the folders in the top menu bar

find the folder spam (which should be the default account's spam box)

    and click subscribe

and presto the spam box displays

Thanks -- I found several folders found spam and subscribed to each until I found the one that was collecting his spam. The customer may have accidently created some spam folders on his own trying to resolve this on his own.

Anyway, that seemed to work -- thanks dalem!!!
