In my /var/lib/mysql/ there has a lot of SERVERNAME-bin.00x file in it, and it is really very large file... Can anybody tell me what's that? Can I remove it? Thx for any reply

Yes, you can delete them, they are binary log files normally used with replication. Look in the my.cnf file to see if they have enable log-bin and comment it out and restart MySQL.
