The account has exhausted its disk quota. Freeing up space should resolve the issue.

I am getting this message on a domain that has used 50% of its overall quota, and the email address in question has "unlimited" quota. How can either the cpanel user (overall for the domain) or the specific email user be above quota in this case? This is terrible.

Have you verified the quota of the account through the command line? EX:

    Code:
    quota username
Also, do you have free disk space/inodes on the server itself?

    Code:
    df -h
    df -i
    Thank you.
