Problem with one domain

One of fomain is not showing up on server. This domain is sometimes visible and sometimes not. I can not login to CPanel, FTP or SSH for that domain.
I performed traceroute to that domain and it is OK Traceroute result is domain is thete and showing IP address too. But when You want to reach that web site there is nothing there , just Internet explorer info The page cannot be found

What could cause this error ?
