Problem with Outlook creating auto Spam Folder

    Very much a novice here. Thanks in advance for your patience and advice.

    I have one user on a client's e-mail account who is complaining that Outlook repeatedly creates a Spam folder for incoming fax emails. She deletes the folder, but it keeps appearing.

    No one else in the office has this complaint.

    Initially, I had Spam Assassin set up on their account, but it has been disabled. The Spam Box is also disabled.

    Does anyone know, is this a cPanel issue or a problem with Outlook?

    Incoming FAX emails? Are they using some sort of addon for Outlook?

    When is it recreated? Just by opening the mail client? Sending or receiving any regular email? Or, just when they are sending or receiving a FAX?

    What version Outlook? (outlook express, outlook 2003, 2007 etc)
