    Hello,

I currently installed Shorewall on my server. The cpanel/whm work fine. I can also email using webmail (squirrel, horde, neo) just fine. But my clients can't use Outlook or any other 3rd party email client. It gives them the following error:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'xxxxx', server: 'mail.xxxxxxx', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: xxxxx, Error Number: xxxxxxxxx'

I assume that this means that I need to still open up port 25 right? I'm also aware of port 110, but I'm pretty sure that one's open.

    Thanks

and by the way, when you're sending an error report, it doesn't help to xxxxx out your error codes, etc.
