Problem with php forms.

Hi, Im having a problem with php form. it sends email to the account but doesnt go to the bcc account. Why can this be?

Also a problem with WHMCS, that doesnt send email to some email accounts.
Any idea why can this be happening or what I have to check?

uncheck:

Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings

Silently Discard all FormMail-clone requests with a bcc: header in the subject line
