problem with phpMyAdmin

    I'm getting this error when going to phpMyAdmin:

    /tmp is correct and permissions are:

    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Aug 24 04:02 tmp/

    Is this wrong?

    Yes, it's wrong. The permissions have to be 1777.
