I have added a domain to my server and its been propergating for over 3 weeks!

I have other sites added to the server with the same propergation settings and DNS settings within the register service for the domain.

Can someone please tell me why the settings or can someone help me with this.

    Many Thanks.

The domain i added is: http://www.bulkcarpbait.co.uk
NOTE: I can see this domain when i click the IP address within the WHM. It just does not show up on a regular link.

    Go on, have a guess
Actually, just checked and that Nominet status simply means that Enom hasn't actually paid Nominet yet and the domain should work OK. So, looks like a DNS setup issue instead.
