I recently upgraded to the latest cpanel release and now I'm having major issues with the quotas.

On WHM all the quotas are listed as "unlimited". Sometimes, if I go into the user's control panel it will show the quoats correctly (dispite saying otherwise in WHM). But sometimes, it doesn't.

I have repeatedly done the /scripts/fixquotas command and that has not done the trick.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    BX

Go to 'WHM > Server Configuration > Update Config'
Set 'cPanel/WHM Updates' To 'Manual Updates Only (STABLE tree)'
Set 'cPanel Package Updates' To 'Manual Updates Only'
Set 'Security Package Updates' To 'Manual Updates Only'
    And Press Save.

And then Update Cpanel once again using
    /scripts/upcp --force

I suggest you to set the Cpanel/WHM updates to Release tree.
Goto Main >> Server Configuration >> Update Config and select " Manual Updates Only (RELEASE tree)" and click "Save"

Then execute the following scripts on shell :-
    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/fixquotas
