hi there now i have problem with renew the license yesterday now i'm trying to access my whm not working any more due to license issue when i try to re buy the license i got an error

It may be most beneficial that you open a support request following this guide such that our Customer Service team can look into your issue in detail. Sending an email to [email protected] would create a ticket, or you could do so directly through cPanel

Hi good day I have my license purchased in the portal and via ssh I run the code to activate the license, but it still sends me the following error message

Cannot Read License FilePara acceder a la interfaz, debe instalar la licencia y asegurarse de que esté activa.Puede comprar o alquilar una licencia directamente de cPanel o de uno de nuestros Partners.If you do not currently own a license, register at the cPanel Store and request a trial license.
The cPanel license server replied that the license has been activated on too many machines (600). Please contact [email protected] The exact message was: The license has been activated too many times on different machines. (167.114.46.250)
How can I fix the problem.
