Problem with /scripts/dumpquotas

Hi,

I'm trying to get the usage for all users and get to know that /scripts/dumpquotas will do the job. Unfortunately, there was no output when I'm running /scripts/dumpquotas. I've been looking for solutions through Google and some of the forums but no luck at the moment. Appreciate if anyone could help out.

Thanks.

You can check the following:

Code:
repquota -a
Also, there is a cache file of this usage at /var/cpanel/repquota.cache location:

Code:
cat /var/cpanel/repquota.cache

Do you happen to be on a VPS that is using Virtuozzo or OpenVZ? If so, have you ensured that second level quotas are enabled for that VPS? You would want to contact the VPS provider to ask about that.

Do you have any of the /var/cpanel/repquota files?

Code:
[[email protected]2 /var/cpanel] # ls -lah repquota*
-rw------- 1 root root 12K Sep 30 20:16 repquota.cache
-rw------- 1 root root 2.0K Sep 30 20:16 repquota.datastore
-rw------- 1 root root 3.0K Sep 30 07:04 repquotamap.datastore
Next, could you try running /scripts/initquotas on the machine? It is going to take awhile, so please ensure to do it at a slow time for the server.

Can we also see the contents for /etc/fstab and mount?

Code:
cat /etc/fstab
mount

Hello Tristan,

I was my own mistake. This is a new server with cPanel, dumpquotas works as soon as I migrate account from the old server. Normally /scripts/dumpquotas works without the need to migrate user in but don't know why this server failed to do so. Thanks for the support again.

Cheers.
