Problem with secure WebDAV in Dreamweaver CS5

It seems that the latest version of cPanel has issues with secure WebDAV and Dreamweaver CS5. I cannot connect to any of my clients' accounts via secure WebDAV using the integrated FTP/WebDAV client. When I test the connection in the "Manage Sites" section of DW it is able to connect successfully, but when I try to connect to the remote server in the "Files" panel on the right, I get the error:

Cannot display the server folder: Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure the server folder is available or select a different one by clicking Manage Sites. To try again, click the Refresh button in the Files panel.

I've tried this on other computers (using different internet connections) but they all had the same problem. Can anyone else verify the same problem? Any ideas or solutions? Thank you.
