I am having trouble with my skel files copying when i create a new account.
This is my error report can anyone see where the problem could be, its had my stumped for a few day now.

That looks like an issue for Cpanel support. Open a ticket with your the company that provides your Cpanel license (it may be Cpanel directly, or it may be your data center - whomever sold ya the license).

If you are unsure of who to contact, go to http://verify.cpanel.net and type in the main IP address of your Cpanel server.

If it says through 'Direct Licenses' then open a ticket at http://tickets.cpanel.net. Otherwise, open a ticket with the entity listed.
