Problem with spam? [SPF]

Hi!

Some of my mails are being rejected by mail servers, with answers like this one:

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host mailin-02.mx.aol.com [64.12.138.185]: 554-:
     (RLY:CS4) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554rlycs4.html
    554 TRANSACTION FAILED

Do you know what I can do to prevent this? I have read about SPF, is there any simple way to install that via cPanel?

Per the message at AOL's site, mail from your server is being blocked due to spam. As a start, lookup your IP at dnsstuff.com and see if it is listed in any RBLs. Also run your domain through dnsreport to see if it reports any errors.
