I transferred several accounts from one Cpanel server to another. All transfers were succesful, but for some reason, for just one account, now I am unable to access through SSH with the account information.

If I try to login with SSH, I get the following message:

    *****
ALERT! You are entering a secured area! Your IP and login information
have been recorded. System administration has been notified.

This system is restricted to authorized access only. All activities on
this system are recorded and logged. Unauthorized access will be fully
investigated and reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
    *****

I tried unchecking SSH access and enabling it again in account functions but didn't work. Still unable to connect.

Also, I tried connecting with FTP, and I was able to connect without problems.

Only SSH connection is not permited and only for this account. Any idea on what went wrong with the transfer and how to fix this?

    Thank you.

That looks like a MOTD message. Are you actually getting an SSH prompt after you log in? Or are you just not getting in at all?

What shell application is this account using?

Do you have root access to the server?

    Who manages the server?

I manage the server and all accounts are able to log in using ssh without problems, including root.

Just this one is unable to connect, after the message is displayed, a Jailshell prompt appears and does not let you do anything.

I tried with different SSH applications like VanDyke SecureCRT and with Globalscape to try to connect with SFTP, and both accesses are denied.

And if I change from SFTP to FTP, I am able to connect.

From a server with 70+ accounts, only this account is presenting this problem. In the other server it was fine, but after the account was transfered to this new server, it has this problem.

    Very weird.

I recommend letting our technical analysts take a look at your server. You can do this by submitting a support ticket.
