HI!

when i tried to enter to my website and I look the “alert” about my certificate it shows me “Fake” and “My Company Name LTD.” like a issuer of ssl certificate

If i delete my let’s encrypt cert it shows me the same

i have some pages more

[removed due to use of real domain names]

When I call to godaddy support they told me "you did not buy the certificates with us, we can not help you", then I told Let's Encrypt the problem and apparently the certificates are fine

I don’t know if is a bug with cPanel or if the problem is Godaddy

some idea?

[removed due to use of real domain names]

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): cPanel

Hello,

Could you provide a screenshot of the specific warning message you see regarding your SSL certificate in your web browser?

Thank you.

Hello,

You may want to try clearing the browser cache and checking to see if the issue persists. If so, try reaching out to your web hosting provider again to see if they can offer any additional assistance. Let them know you simply want an answer about why the certificate is not "trusted" in your web browser despite it showing up as installed in cPanel.

Thank you.
