Problem with SSL

I am having a problem with my SSL setup. Ive successfully installed it on several other sites with dedicated IP, I just installed it and it claims the installation was succesful but I get this error=

The connection to mysubdomain.mysite.com has been terminated unexepctedly, some data may have been lost in the process.

Now the subdomain wont even work after installing the SSL cert. If anyone has any idea how to fix this please let me know :-/
