Problem with subdomain and main domain redirect

Hello I have two websites.

One is a smugmug site and the other is a wordpress site. The smugmug site currently points to a .co.uk but I have set it up as a clients.domain.co.uk the domain.co.uk I am trying to redirect to the domain.com, the domain.com is the wordpress site. However when I set up the subdomain it works fine but the redirect to the domain.com from the domain.co.uk doesn't load and times out.

Anyone have a fix at all I'm struggling to fix.
