    cPanel 11.24.4-CURRENT with WHMCS 3.8.somethin

ok, here's the issue, I want to make a subdomain that is in a subdirectory of
/home/username/ but not in a subdirectory of /home/username/public_html

I am using the x3 theme

I tried typing in the subdirectory without the public_html added in, and it looks good, however, when i submit it to the server, it still puts it as a subdir of public_html

Assuming I have root access to the server, where would i fix this misbehaving function so that it puts my subdomains where i want them?

Only way I know how to do that is with SSH access to the server and doing command line entries to make a folder prior to public_html.
