I followed the tut http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?threadid=3298&highlight=suspended to fix my suspended page, however no luck. This is what I get instead:

Not Found
The requested URL /suspended.page/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.31 Server at www.anothercustomerssite.com Port 80
Another question I have is how do I customize what www.anothercustomerssite.com says? I don't want this clients site to be displayed there; I would like my servers site to be there. Note: the client's site thats displayed is not suspended.

Thank you.

as for the suspended thing. It is best to have all your clients belong to a Reseller. Then it is easy to manage all of that.

Then you can login to the Resellers FTP and put suspended.page file under its public_html and then add a index so that is what they see.

You can edit his site content by logging into his cPanel you can eithr do this by

http://domain.com:2082
use his username and the password for either root or the reseller he is on.

Or login to your WHM and click List Account from there click the cPanel Icon and it will do the rest

You could always make the suspended page a simple one liner html page that redirects to a page in your website that says exactly what you want.
