Hello All,
I seem to be having a problem with updating the pages in the title. I'm not sure if what i want to do is possible, and so perhaps you could help me in explaining how I would go about doing it if it is possible.
Basically, as you may have guessed, i have customised the error/shell/and suspended pages, and now want them to appear by default on all new accounts i create, i know this is possible, but it just doesnt seem to work. I want them to be there on default but also be editable and overwriteable by the user, as resellers will be annoyed that their error pages are branded by their host!
Adding The Error Pages
What we did is cp in shell each error page into each users area, but it didn't work. I was just wondering how we could make it so new accounts automatically have them and also how to make current accounts have them.
Adding The Skeleton Page
Put it in /root/cpanel3-skel. although doesnt work with new accounts, and also how to make it work with old accounts, currently it just shows their folders, e.g. public_html
Adding The Suspended Page
Still currently the default billing problem page, but would prefer to use our own page which we have.
If you could try assist me in how to do these 3 things prefrably how to do them so new accounts created default have the pages in them and can be modified, and also if possible so that the current accounts that we have on the server can be updated and have all the new pages overwrite the defaults.
Yes it is a dedi, i have shell, whm, etc.etc.
Thanks Guys!
Matt
