Hi guys,

my email has been having issues lately with Thunderbird. Don't understand why. Nothing has changed. Password and everything is the same, but lately Thunderbird says "connection timed out." I can successfully send email from it, although it still throws up an error saying it wasn't sent. When I try to receive mail it just times out. Roundcube in browser works great, so I don't know what the problem is..

Please help!

Hello,

Have you tried reproducing the issue with another email client or with the same email client on a different computer to rule out any issues with Thunderbird or your computer?

Sorry for the late response. I tried to send a message with a mail command via C# to test it. It says request timed out. Other email hosted on other server works. Not sure what's wrong with mine.
