Problem with update of libxml2

In the EA4 May 3 2023 release there was an update of ea-libxml2 from v2.10.4 to v2.11.1. I have a customer who is now getting the error

XMLReader::readOuterXml(): parser error : PCDATA invalid Char value 195

On a valid XML file.

This is causing errors in production systems. What's the best way to pin to v2.10.4?

Hey there! One option would be to perform a "yum downgrade" on the package and then disable it in /etc/yum.conf by adding it to the exclude line.

The best option would be to have the client update their tool to work with the newer version, as they will only get further behind as time passes.

This was a case of something else changed and the file went through a bad UTF-8 conversion.
