Problem with user default account webmail

I have a customer with his default account with about 200 MB of space used, i went to this account and deleted everything inside via the webmail, but i keep seeing the 200 mb of space used, odd thing is that i did this about 2 weeks ago, and disabled the forwarding to the default account so no new mail has arrived ever since, but i still see the 200 mb of space used, how do i rectify this?
